• No probing, scanning, or penetration testing without written permission (we welcome coordinated disclosure — see the Security page).
• No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• No interference with other users' use of the service.

• No scraping, crawling, or harvesting of content or user data.
• No bots, scripts, or automated accounts.
• No mass-creating accounts, circles, or meetups.

• No content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• No promotion of illegal goods or services.
• No malware, phishing, or links to either.
• No money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unlicensed financial services.

• No sexual content involving anyone under 18 — full stop, even fictional.
• No graphic violence or gore presented gratuitously.
• Adult content is allowed in clearly-marked Nexus spaces only and must be 18+ gated.

We may remove content, restrict your account, or terminate the agreement without prior notice for material breaches. Where possible we'll tell you what was removed and why.
