Community Guidelines
LifeOS is built for calm, considered connection. These guidelines apply to everything you post — your journal, your circles, Nexus, Pulse, comments, and DMs.
Be a good neighbour
Disagree with ideas; respect people. No harassment, slurs, hate speech, threats, or coordinated pile-ons. Punching down isn't edgy, it's tedious.
No illegal content
Don't post anything that promotes or depicts child sexual abuse, terrorism, human trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other illegal content. We report this material to the appropriate authorities and permanently ban the account.
Respect privacy
Don't post someone else's personal information (address, phone number, identity documents) without their clear consent. Don't out anyone. Don't repost a private circle conversation publicly.
No spam, no growth hacks
LifeOS doesn't reward virality. Don't try to game it anyway — no engagement-bait threads, no automated posting, no mass-DMing strangers, no buying or selling accounts.
Be honest
Don't impersonate other people or organisations. Don't use AI-generated media to mislead. Mark satire as satire.
Self-harm and crisis
If you're struggling, please reach out to a crisis line — in the UK, Samaritans (116 123); in the US, 988 Lifeline. We don't currently offer in-app crisis support, but a moderator will respond to flagged content within 24 hours.
Reporting
Use the three-dot menu on any post, thread, reply, or profile to report it. Or email trust@lifeos.app. We aim to respond within two business days; serious safety reports within four hours.
What we do
We may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts that breach these guidelines. We try to be proportionate — a first-time misstep gets a warning; deliberate or repeated breaches don't.
