Send a written notice to our copyright agent at dmca@lifeos.app including:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. The URL of the LifeOS content in question (e.g. /nexus/spaces/foo/threads/123).
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be actioned. Knowingly false notices may make you liable for damages.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — for example, the use is fair use or you do hold the licence — you can file a counter-notice. Same email, include the same identifying information plus a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction in your local federal court. We'll forward it to the original complainant; if they don't sue within 10–14 business days we'll restore the content.

Accounts that receive multiple valid notices will be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
