• sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — keep you signed in. Set by our authentication provider. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.
• lifeos-csrf — protects form submissions from cross-site forgery.

These cannot be turned off — the service won't work without them.

• lifeos-theme — remembers light/dark mode.
• lifeos-nudge (localStorage) — counts your foreground time today so the daily wellbeing nudge can fire. Local-only, never sent to our servers.

We currently use no third-party analytics. If that changes we'll list the provider here and show you an opt-in banner before any non-essential cookies are set.
